CLIP-IN EXTENSIONS

HOW MANY SETS DO I NEED?

We recommend 180 grams (set of 10) for a full head do. Longer lengths may require 2 sets depending on your density preference.

Spritz with water & conditioner mix before brushing and styling. Finger detangle if necessary.

HOW CAN IT BE STYLED? 

Our clip-ins are so versatile that the styling options are endless! They can be colored, brushed, and are heat resistant. We’ve attached some pics and videos with a few styling options. Please visit our social media pages for more styling options and tutorials.

CAN I WASH THE CLIP-INS?

Yes you can. It’s a 100% virgin human hair however because of the curl pattern for curly/coily textures, we suggest doing only co-washes (washing with a conditioner). Using a generous amount of conditioner, wash in a downward motion with your fingers then brush through conditioner using a denman brush. This helps define the curl pattern.

SHIPPING

We use USPS, UPS, DHL and FEDEX. There are two (2) shipping options available: Priority and next day. Priority mail takes 1-2 business days and next day delivery is also available. You can choose what method you want during checkout.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME**

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note: All international orders will incur a custom fee which will be required from you directly by your local postal service before your product is delivered. Please check with your local postal service for guidelines on fees. 

 

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

All orders placed Monday - Thursday will be processed the next business day. While orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed the following business day all subject to availability.

Processing time is typically within 2-4 days for clip-in extensions and hair bundles, 2-3 weeks for braided and human hair wigs after the order has been placed but most times shorter.

We will send UPDATES about your order via email or any other method of communication you provide. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes you can, after your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email.

BRAIDED WIGS

HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY BRAIDED WIG?

Your braided wig should be cared for the same way you will care for braids installed on your scalp.When washing, wash your wig in a downward motion and avoid the wig cap area as best as possible. For the wig cap, apply a mix of  water and shampoo then rinse. The water should either be room temperature or slightly warmer.

HOW FULL ARE YOUR BRAIDED WIGS?

Our braided wigs are available in various densities depending on what you want. We have standard and full. These options are available for you to select from when placing your order and it comes at no EXTRA COST.

If you receive your braided wig and you think its too full, you can easily reduce it by loosening some strands but it should be done SPARSELY.

CAN I DYE/COLOR MY HUMAN HAIR WEAVE/WIG?

Yes you can, our 100% human hair can be treated and colored. Please consult a hair stylist on the proper steps to take when coloring.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. Returns FOR EXCHANGE are ONLY accepted if your order was damaged or incorrect within 5 business days upon delivery. To validate such returns FOR EXCHANGE, you MUST provide us pictures, item(s) MUST NOT be used and should remain in the same state as it was sent. We will send you a return shipping label to facilitate this process as soon as you contact us.
